Primary Responsibilities
- Stack and package finished products from production lines according to specifications
- Perform visual inspections to verify product quality and customer requirements
- Conduct periodic quality checks using required inspection tools
- Complete production, quality, and product identification paperwork accurately
- Communicate production status, quality concerns, and order specifications with team members
- Strap and prepare pallets for storage and shipment using pallet jacks as needed
- Maintain housekeeping by removing scrap materials, sweeping, and keeping work areas clean
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment
- Assist with production line operations and support team members as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Compensation: $21.20/hr (Benefit Package Available)
Schedule
1st Shift | Monday–Thursday | 6:00am–4:30pm
Friday Overtime As Required
