Primary Responsibilities

• Perform light to medium-duty assembly work using hand tools including wire strippers, needle nose pliers, scissors, and related tools
• Assemble electronic heating products according to specifications and work instructions
• Perform light metal bending and fabrication tasks
• Learn and assemble multiple product models accurately and efficiently
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company procedures and production guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or electronics assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read and apply tape measure readings accurately
• Experience using calipers, tape measures, and multimeters preferred (training available)
• Proficiency with basic hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to stand and work an 8-hour shift in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Ability to bend, lift, and move up to 50 lbs
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Compensation: $15.50/hr (Benefit Package Available)
