Job Description

We are seeking dependable Grain Elevator Operators to join a growing agricultural operation in Pratt, KS. This position involves handling grain, monitoring equipment, performing general maintenance, and assisting with daily elevator operations. Candidates should be comfortable working long hours during busy seasons and performing physical labor in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate grain handling equipment
• Load and unload grain trucks
• Monitor grain quality and storage conditions
• Perform housekeeping and general maintenance duties
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with daily operations as needed

Requirements

• Ability to lift 40-50 pounds regularly
• Ability to work long hours and extended shifts when needed
• Reliable transportation to Pratt, KS
• English-speaking required
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors
