Service Technician Helper – Kitchener, Ontario

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Service Technician Helper for our client located in Kitchener, Ontario.

Service Technician Helper Responsibilities:

• Goes to jobsites to repair and/or replace windows and other related products
• Provides exceptional customer service
• Proactively problem-solves issues and liaises with customer and office
• Organize and prioritize continually throughout the day depending upon requests from sales persons

Service Technician Helper Qualifications:

• Thorough knowledge of window and door products – both wood and vinyl
• Able to work independently, strong problem-solving skills, strong communication and customer service skills
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency, strong organizational and time management skills to work in a fast paced environment with a quality focus
• Must be able to lift 50lbs repetitively and be comfortable working at heights
• Must be available and willing to work overtime, early mornings

Service Technician Helper Details:

• Position could lead to full time for the right candidate
• Pay Rate: $22.75/hour
• Shift: Days 6am – 4pm Monday -Friday (could start earlier and end later)
