Express Employment Professionals in Everett is hiring a Formulator for an evaluation-to-hire opportunity. This is a hands-on role working in wet lab / production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Schedule & Pay

• Training Shift: Day Shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
  Pay: $24.00/hour
• Regular Shift (after training): Night Shift, Monday–Friday, 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.
  Pay: $24.00/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the HOCl manufacturing machine 
• Perform chemical analysis of produced HOCl
• Maintain detailed data collection and track key production metrics
• Document production specifications and results accurately
• Communicate regularly with:
  • Production team regarding volumes and resource needs
  • Engineering team regarding equipment or process issues
  • Quality Assurance Manager regarding standards and compliance
• Identify and support improvements and automation in the formulation process
• Organize laboratory materials, raw chemicals, HOCl inventory, and supplies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• One of the following:
  • STEM degree
  • 2+ years of wet lab experience
  • 2-year technical degree
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to move full pallets with a pallet jack
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel
