Man-Milling Operator – Swing Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Pay: $20/hour

Job Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Man-Milling Operator to join our team on swing shift. This position involves operating mills, lathes, and drill presses to process metal into custom parts. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing environment and a strong commitment to workplace safety and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate mills, lathes, and drill presses to manufacture custom metal parts
• Measure and select appropriate bits and tools according to part specifications
• Utilize micrometers, calipers, protractors, and height gauges to validate finished parts
• Follow all safety procedures and safe equipment operating practices
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the production process
• Perform standing and walking tasks throughout the shift

Experience Required

• Minimum of 6 months of related machining or manufacturing experience required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shift

Swing Shift: Monday–Friday
Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
