Customer Service Representative

Located in Casper, WY

Salary: $25-$28 DOE

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for one of our clients in an industrial warehouse environment.

This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations by serving as the liaison between customers and production teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting.

*MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE*

💲 Pay & Schedule

• $25–$28/hour (depending on experience)
• Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Process, track, and manage customer orders from start to finish
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and operations teams
• Provide timely updates to customers and resolve service issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and order records
• Ensure customer requirements and delivery timelines are met

✅ Qualifications

• 1–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or warehouse setting
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Computer proficiency required
• Technical aptitude preferred
