The Payroll Clerk supports the Finance department by maintaining payroll systems and assisting with accounting processes. This role ensures employees are paid accurately, on time, and in compliance with applicable policies and regulations. Responsibilities include reviewing time records, managing leave accruals, processing payroll taxes and deductions, and maintaining employee records. The Payroll Clerk must be able to manage multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines, and handle time-sensitive matters professionally. Strong communication skills and a high level of confidentiality are required.
