IT Support Technician (Part-Time)

Pay: $30 per hour

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled IT Support Technician to provide part-time technical support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while delivering excellent customer service to end users.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
• Assist users with login, email, and connectivity issues
• Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups
• Maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions
• Set up new user accounts, devices, and system access

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT support or help desk roles
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and common business applications
• Basic understanding of networking (Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP)
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware and peripherals
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity
