Express Employment Professionals is hiring an experienced Welder/Fabricator for a growing industrial manufacturing company. This position involves MIG, TIG, and flux-core welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum while fabricating and assembling custom components to precise specifications.

Candidates should have strong fabrication experience, attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality welds from engineering drawings and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and flux-core welding on a variety of metals

• Fabricate and assemble parts, frames, tanks, hoppers, and other equipment

• Perform tube and pipe welding on mild steel

• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings

• Inspect completed welds and verify specifications before fabrication

• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment safely and accurately

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

• 3–5 years of welding/fabrication experience preferred

• Proficiency with MIG, TIG, and flux-core welding processes

• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings

• Strong understanding of metal fabrication techniques and weld quality standards

• Ability to lift, work independently, and manage tasks efficiently

• Trade school training and basic computer skills are a plus

Candidates selected for interviews will complete a weld test including 2G and 3G welding on mild steel and stainless steel using MIG, TIG, and flux-core processes.

Schedule & Screening
