Warehouse Associate – Seed Mill
Location: Moses Lake, WA
Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support seed mill operations. This role involves assisting operators, handling seed products, and maintaining quality standards. The majority of the shift is performed in a warehouse environment with occasional forklift operation.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist seed mill operators with daily production and processing tasks
Support harvest goals by maintaining productivity and efficiency
Stack and organize seed bags (lifting up to 50 lbs)
Ensure all quality control processes are followed
Operate a forklift to stack and move pallets as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
Perform general warehouse duties and support team operations

Qualifications:

Previous forklift experience required
Prior seed plant experience is a plus
Good hand-eye coordination
Hard-working, self-motivated, and dependable
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Takes direction well and communicates effectively with supervisors and team
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
