About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Service Coordinator to be the central hub of our service department. This is not just an administrative role; you are the voice of our company to our customers and the primary support for our field technicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work Order Management: Create and manage digital work orders in Dataforma, ensuring all job details, photos, and technician notes are accurately captured and organized.
  • Billing & Invoicing: Manage the full billing cycle. This includes reviewing completed work for accuracy and generating professional invoices for our customers.
  • Receivables Portals: Take ownership of processing invoices within various customer-specific portals.
  • Scheduling & Dispatch: Assist in scheduling leak calls and service repairs, coordinating with both the customer’s timeline and our crew’s availability to maximize efficiency.
  • Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for service requests. You will handle incoming calls and emails, provide status updates, and ensure every customer feels heard and valued.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years in service coordination, dispatch, or administrative support (experience in Roofing or Construction is a major plus).
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook) and comfortable learning new CRM software and customer portals.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reliability: Strong time-management skills and a proven track record of meeting deadlines in a high-volume environment.
