We are hiring Production & Assembly Workers to join a fast-paced automotive parts manufacturing team in Springfield, OH. This is a great entry-level opportunity with room for growth and advancement while working with modern welding and robotic technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on assembly lines producing high-quality automotive components
• Stack parts and assist press operators and fellow assemblers
• Lift and position automotive parts onto jigs for robotic welding
• Operate welding machines and robotic equipment
• Produce parts according to established processes and quality standards
• Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Read and follow written operational standards and instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements

• Previous welding or fabrication experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic computer and math skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies
• Knowledge of manufacturing machinery and equipment is a plus
