Express Employment Professionals is seeking General Labor Associates to assist welders and fabricators in the production of custom conveyor systems used in the automotive industry.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience who are looking to learn new skills and grow within a fabrication environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist welders and fabricators with daily production tasks
• Gather, move, and organize materials throughout the shop
• Use hand and power tools as needed
• Help assemble conveyor system components
• Grind, clean, and prepare metal parts for fabrication
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, construction, assembly, or general labor experience preferred
• Comfortable using basic hand tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, bend, and work in a fast-paced shop environment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable attendance and teamwork skills
