Service Technician (Entry-Level) – Contract to Hire
$22–$26/hour | Local + Some Overnight Travel | Company Vehicle Provided

We’re working with a manufacturer of industrial air filtration equipment that’s looking to add a Service Technician to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic electrical or HVAC experience who wants to build a long-term career in field service.

This role is primarily local travel, supporting customers with maintenance and service needs. You’ll be trained on the equipment and provided with a company vehicle and tools.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Service and maintain industrial air filtration equipment at customer sites
• Perform preventative maintenance including filter changes, cleaning, and basic repairs
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Complete service reports and communicate updates with the team
• Represent the company professionally while working directly with customers

What They’re Looking For:

• Some hands-on experience in electrical, HVAC, or mechanical work
• Comfortable using tools and working in the field
• Ability to read basic diagrams or prints is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable, coachable, and willing to learn

What to Expect:

• Mostly local travel, minimal overnight stays
• No weekend work
