Production Worker – Express Employment Professionals

Pay: $17/hr Schedule: Full‑time Location: Local client in the Flathead Valley

Position Overview

The Production Worker supports the manufacturing and packaging of bear spray and pepper spray products. This role involves operating packaging equipment, assembling components, inspecting products for quality, and working efficiently on a fast‑paced production line. Training is available for motivated candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment to support production flow

• Label products and attach actuators to spray containers

• Inspect items for accuracy and quality standards

• Package finished products into retail‑ready packaging

• Assist with general production‑line duties as assigned

• Lift tubs containing approximately 40 bear‑spray cans and load them into equipment that presses toppers onto cans

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Comfortable with light lifting, bending, twisting, and stooping

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

• Some assembly or production experience helpful, but training is provided

• HS Diploma or GED

• Must pass a background check and drug test

Work Environment

• Standing for most of the shift

• Repetitive motions and physical tasks

• Team‑oriented production setting

• Handling products related to bear spray and pepper spray (no exposure to active chemicals during normal duties)
