We are looking for a Cashier here in the Kendall area! 

Position Overview
The Cashier is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing transactions, and supporting daily operations. This role ensures guests have a smooth, friendly, and efficient experience from check-in to check-out. 

 

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming environment.

• Provide information about ATV rental packages, pricing, tour options, and safety requirements.

• Answer customer questions in person, over the phone, and by email/text.

• Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately.

• Issue receipts, handle refunds, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.

• Follow company procedures for verifying IDs, deposits, and waivers.

• Assist customers in completing waivers and rental agreements.

• Verify required documents (driver’s license, age requirements, etc.).

• Coordinate with tour guides and staff to ensure timely departures.

• Manage the return process, reporting damages or incidents when necessary.

Qualifications

• Previous cashier, customer service, or rental operations experience preferred.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, outdoor tourism environment.
