Job Summary:
Express Employment is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support our Materials Management team. This role focuses on accurately entering and maintaining inventory, production, and vendor data while helping ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update inventory and materials data with high accuracy
  • Verify data against purchase orders, packing slips, and vendor documents
  • Maintain Excel spreadsheets and assist with reporting
  • Help track discrepancies and support inventory counts
  • Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and production teams
  • Organize records and assist with data cleanup in internal systems

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (sorting, filtering, formulas)
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience:

  • Data entry, warehouse, manufacturing, or supply chain experience
  • Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems

Work Environment:
