Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Customer Experience Team Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting with pumping gas, checking in campers, and supporting other customer-facing activities. If you enjoy working outdoors and interacting with people, this position is for you!

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide assistance with pumping gas.
• Check in campers efficiently, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Provide information about services, amenities, and campground rules.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station and check-in areas.
• Assist with additional tasks as needed, including stocking supplies and light maintenance.
• Adhere to safety and operational guidelines while performing all duties.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Basic math skills for processing payments and handling transactions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to follow safety protocols and company policies.
