Location: Tempe, AZ Pay Rate: $21.00/hour Shift Options: 12-Hour Shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)  Wednesday 6am-Midnight

Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Machine Operator to join our production team in Tempe. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of Shuster wire straightening and cutting machinery. You will play a critical role in maintaining production efficiency and ensuring our products meet strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Safely operate Shuster machinery to straighten and cut wire/stock according to production specifications.

• Setup & Calibration: Perform machine setups, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.

• Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet dimensional requirements and quality standards.

• Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate production logs and report any equipment malfunctions or process issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in machine operation (manufacturing/industrial setting preferred).

• Mechanical Aptitude: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to perform basic mechanical adjustments.

• Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical prints, use measuring tools (calipers, tape measures), and perform basic math for material calculations.

• Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for 12-hour shifts and lift, slide, and move heavy gauges of material.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
