Front Office Coordinator 

Pay: $22/hr Schedule: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday Location: Local company in the Flathead Valley

 

Position Overview

The Front Office Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for customers and supports daily office operations. This role includes administrative tasks, customer communication, scheduling, and dispatching plumbers throughout the valley — strong local knowledge is essential.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering phones and delivering excellent customer service

  • Administrative duties such as filing, faxing, copying, and general office tasks

  • Data entry with accuracy

  • Scheduling appointments for plumbers

  • Dispatching plumbers across the Flathead Valley

  • Coordinating workflow and supporting office operations as assigned

  • Using office equipment including computers, phones, and copier/fax machines

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Motivated, professional, and a self‑starter

  • Previous office experience preferred

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Comfortable with standard office technology

 

Work Environment

  • Fast‑paced office setting

  • Frequent communication with customers and field technicians

  • Coordination with plumbers working throughout the Flathead Valley
