Busy manufacturer/distributor of lighting solutions for the medical & Veterinary industries is looking for a Janitor to join their team in Chatsworth. 

Summary: This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility environment for employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain all areas of the facility, including restrooms, kitchens, offices, conference rooms, and common areas.
• Ensure restrooms are cleaned, sanitized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
• Clean and maintain both kitchen areas, including restocking supplies as needed.
• Vacuum offices and other designated areas as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, hallways, and shared workspaces throughout the facility.
• Clean and organize conference rooms to ensure readiness for meetings and daily use.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning and sanitation supplies.
• Keep the exterior grounds and surrounding areas of the building clean and presentable.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform additional duties and special cleaning projects as assigned by the Production Manager.

Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning equipment and supplies as needed.

Good communication and organizational skills.
