Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in an outdoor environment that may be dusty and messy. This role involves tasks such as emptying trash bins, sweeping, organizing, and keeping the yard in pristine condition.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in dusty and potentially messy conditions.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects if required.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Schedule - Monday- Friday 8am - 4:30pm.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to engage in manual labor for extended periods of time in various working conditions.
• Lift and move a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance.
• Must be able to sit or stand 8 hours a day.
• May be required to work overtime or weekends.
