Schedule: Full-Time | Several Shifts Available | Overtime, weekends, and flexible scheduling may be required based on production needs

 

Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operators for manufacturing facilities in McAllen and Pharr, TX. This role is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while ensuring quality, safety, and production goals are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery including presses, drill presses, molding machines, and production equipment
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from production lines
• Inspect products for quality, defects, and consistency throughout the production process
• Make basic machine adjustments to maintain efficient operation
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance concerns promptly
• Maintain accurate production standards while minimizing waste and downtime
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Assist with additional production and warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and rotating schedules as needed
