Salary: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour

Express is seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative with a strong background in sales and knowledge of the construction industry. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with contractors, builders, project managers, and construction professionals while helping drive company growth through relationship-building and solution-based sales.

Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly preferred.

Compensation: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour (Depending on Experience) 

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM 

Responsibilities 

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Generate sales through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-up communication
• Provide product and service recommendations based on customer needs
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in CRM systems
• Follow up on leads and identify new business opportunities
• Support contractors and construction professionals with product knowledge and project needs
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and competitor activity

 Qualifications 

• Minimum 3+ years of inside sales experience required
• Construction industry background
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Ability to build long-term client relationships
• Experience using Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Building materials, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related construction supply experience
• Experience working with contractors or construction companies
• Estimating or project coordination experience is a plus
