A local Waukegan company is seeking an organized Client Relations Manager to take care of customers and help the business grow. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for clients from the moment they sign up until their project or event is finished.

You will connect clients with the internal production teams to make sure every order is accurate and delivered on time. If you love multitasking, have great communication skills, and pay close attention to detail, you will fit right in.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for clients, helping them choose their designs, sizes, and options.

• Manage custom orders from the first conversation all the way to final delivery.

• Keep clients updated on their order status and answer their questions.

• Create and send accurate invoices and order forms.

• Turn client requests into clear instructions for our production and shipping teams.

• Look for opportunities to sell extra products or services to current clients.

• Build strong relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.

• Help plan and run on-site events, making sure everything goes smoothly.

• Create schedules (Run of Show) and organize event staff and materials.

• Solve any problems that pop up during an event in real time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Great organization skills and high attention to detail.

• Excellent speaking and writing skills (for both clients and coworkers).

• Ability to handle multiple orders and deadlines at the same time.

• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Clients feel happy, supported, and informed.

• Events run smoothly and on schedule.

• Internal teams get clear information with no confusion.
