DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY!

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00/HR

Duties:

• Purchasing vendor supplies and managing procurement needs.

• Handling vendor issues, delays, and updates.

• Communicating with sales and manufacturing to provide order status and changes.

• Building rapport with vendors and collaborating with internal buyers.

• Working on phones and computers, including AS400/EMR systems.

• Managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

• Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to support purchasing operations.

Qualifications: 

• 2+ years of experience working with manufacturing vendors and purchasing.

• Strong communication skills for vendor and internal team interactions.

• Proficiency with phones, computers, and systems such as AS400/EMR.

• High attention to detail for accurate order entry and tracking.

• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

• Strong problem‑solving skills for vendor‑related issues.

• Ability to work effectively with internal departments and external partners.
