Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 3:00pm
Pay: $18.00/HR
Duties:
Taking pre‑cut wooden components and fitting them into forms per customer specifications.
Using a rubber mallet and utility knife to adjust, trim, and secure pieces.
Pushing, pulling, lifting, and applying pressure to wooden parts to ensure proper fit.
Inspecting assembled pieces for accuracy and adherence to customer requirements.
Reading and following detailed customer specifications throughout the assembly process.
Keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe.
Communicating issues, discrepancies, or material needs to supervisors or team members.
Qualifications:
Ability to follow precise measurements and assembly instructions.
Comfortable using hand tools such as a rubber mallet and utility knife.
Able to lift, push, pull, and apply force to wooden components throughout the shift.
Capable of understanding written customer specifications and diagrams.
Strong attendance record and consistent punctuality.
Able to communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
Commitment to safe tool use and adherence to company safety procedures.
