$17-$21/hr.  Full time, Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm

 

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Specialist Position include:

• Log new orders
• Process orders on the computer
• Process paperwork
• Able to answer and route incoming phone calls

Requirements for the Customer Service Specialist Position include:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer proficiency; experience with MS Word
• Excellent organizational skills
• Customer service experience
