A growing technology solutions provider is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide software, hardware, and technical support to clients. This role combines help desk support, software installation, troubleshooting, customer service, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is technically inclined, customer-focused, and comfortable supporting clients both remotely and on-site.
Provide phone, email, and remote technical support for software applications
Install, configure, and troubleshoot software systems for customers
Perform on-site and remote software implementation projects
Coordinate with customer IT departments during installations and support activities
Troubleshoot hardware, peripherals, printers, scanners, and related equipment
Log, track, and document support tickets and resolutions
Assist with software upgrades, maintenance, and user training
Support project implementation and customer onboarding activities
Maintain accurate documentation of customer environments and service activities
Provide exceptional customer service and timely issue resolution
Previous Help Desk, Technical Support, IT Support, or Systems Support experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Experience supporting software applications and hardware devices
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with remote support tools and Microsoft Office products
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
