Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Overtime on Friday's and extended 10-hour days may be required based on production needs
• Overtime and weekend work may be required during peak production periods

Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining ENKOTEC plastic-strip collating machines used in the production of industrial strip nails. You will ensure equipment runs efficiently while maintaining strict quality and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Setup & Operation

• Set up, operate, and monitor ENKOTEC plastic-strip collating machines
• Make mechanical adjustments to ensure proper machine performance
• Maintain consistent production flow and machine efficiency

Quality Control & Precision Measuring

• Inspect finished nail strips for spacing, alignment, and specification accuracy
• Use precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and tape measures
• Ensure all products meet strict quality standards before packaging

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance on equipment
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues to reduce downtime
• Work with tools to make adjustments and repairs as needed

Production Support

• Meet daily and weekly production quotas
• Stack and prepare finished nail strips into cartons for packing
• Maintain a steady production pace while minimizing waste

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Experience using hand and power tools required
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical equipment in a production environment
• Comfortable working in a heavy manufacturing setting
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, etc.)
