Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Manager for a local company in Piedmont, MO.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and employee integration.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that support company objectives and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws.
- Manage employee relations matters with professionalism, confidentiality, and timely resolution.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs to support growth and performance improvement.
- Oversee performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback, coaching, and goal setting.
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs while ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and team-building efforts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership regarding organizational development, workforce planning, and HR strategy.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analytics to support informed business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office programs.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is preferred but not required.
