Data Entry Clerk / Back up receptionist

Located in Edmonton, AB

Salary: $20.00–$22.00/hour

An Edmonton client is seeking a Data Entry Clerk / Backup Receptionist to join their team.

Data Entry Clerk / Backup Receptionist Highlights:

• Perform accurate data entry, filing, scanning, and general document organization.
• Provide backup reception support, including answering phone calls and greeting visitors.
• Assist with basic accounting and administrative tasks, including deposits and bank runs.
• Support office operations with general administrative duties as required.
• Move and organize file boxes when needed (up to 8 lbs; not a daily task).
• Work closely with the Accounting Manager to support day-to-day office functions.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Previous office or administrative experience considered an asset.
• Comfortable answering phones and supporting front desk duties.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a busy office environment.
• Ability to perform light lifting (up to 8 lbs) when required.

Hours & Wage:

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• $20.00–$22.00/hour
• Full-time, permanent position (evaluation hire – 720 hours)
