MIG/TIG Welder | St. Charles County, MO | Earn $22 - $30/hr

This is for a skilled welder who knows their way around a MIG and TIG setup and is ready to put that experience to work at a manufacturing facility in St. Charles County — placed through Express Employment Professionals.

What You'll Be Doing

• Performing MIG and TIG welds on metal components, assemblies, and structural parts
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings
• Setting up and adjusting welding equipment to meet material and job specifications
• Inspecting completed welds for quality, dimensions, and compliance with standards
• Grinding, cutting, and prepping materials prior to welding
• Maintaining equipment and keeping the work area clean and safe

We Want You If You

• Have 2+ years of hands-on MIG and/or TIG welding experience in a production or fabrication environment
• Can read blueprints and weld symbols without assistance
• Know how to set up your own machine and adjust parameters for different materials and thicknesses
• Take quality seriously and can consistently produce clean, strong welds
• Own your tools — preferred but not required

This Is NOT For You If

• Your welding experience is limited to hobbyist or non-production settings
• You need someone else to set up your equipment before you can weld
• Blueprint reading is not in your skillset
• Attendance and reliability are not your strong suit
