Express Employment Professionals is hiring Assemblers for multiple shifts in the St. Charles County area. This is a staffing placement — meaning one application connects you to 250+ local companies we are actively staffing right now. If this role is not the right fit, we will find one that is.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assembling parts, components, and subassemblies according to work orders, blueprints, or verbal instructions
• Using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures to complete assembly tasks
• Inspecting finished products for quality and reporting defects or inconsistencies
• Reading and following assembly diagrams, schematics, or standard operating procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation in compliance with safety standards
• Meeting production quotas while maintaining accuracy and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Prior assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
• Ability to read work orders, basic diagrams, or assembly instructions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality throughout your shift
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Reliable attendance — production teams count on every team member showing up
• Background check and drug screen may be required depending on client

Shifts Available

Multiple shifts are open. Day, evening, and overnight options may be available depending on the client. Let us know your availability and we will match you accordingly.
