WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT MANAGER
We’re seeking a dependable, driven, and growth-oriented Warehouse Assistant Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with leadership experience—whether inside or outside the furniture industry—who’s ready to show initiative and support the team with daily operations.

Schedule: Hours are not always set, but usually start at 6am and end around 3:30pm, but can go longer.

- With customer service being at the forefront of everything they do, it is important that this position be customer facing and open to working with the client on-site.
- This role is designed for someone who’s in it for the long haul. We’re looking for a team player who’s ready to advance, take on more responsibility, and grow with us.
- The supervisor role is the main point of contact, meaning if there is a change of plans on-site, this person would work with the customer to make that happen. This would require thinking outside the box and knowing all the products the company offers.
- There is a crew lead for large jobs but ultimately all final decisions are made by the Supervisor.
Job Duties:
- Will help receive, stage, and prepare all product to support project execution.
- Will assist the warehouse team with daily functions like loading/unloading trucks, staging product for deliveries, inspecting incoming product, and scheduling shipments.
- Will communication with the inside team (Installation manger, Project Manager, etc.) to ensure projects are completed on time.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience (furniture industry experience a plus, but not required)
- Must be able to drive a company vehicle as needed
- Must have Microsoft Suite knowledge and strong WMS skills
- Sitdown forklift experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Willingness to ask questions and grow within the company
- Team-oriented mindset with long-term commitment
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
