Production Supervisor - 2nd or 3rd Shift

Salary: $30-36/hr BOE

Supervisors needed in Waterloo, WI. Previous experience is required for this role. Candidates will be expected to work on the floor alongside operators. Attention to detail and physical ability (climb stairs, lift, bend, and twist) is required. 

Shift Options:

2nd Shift, Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm

3rd Shift, Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6:30am

Wage: $30-36/hr (Based on Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Fill in on the production line as needed
• Follow and audit FDA processes and ensure they are followed
• Coach teammates and make hiring decisions
• Troubleshoot machinery and operate equipment

Qualifications:

• Mechanical ability, must be able to troubleshoot
• Food Manufacturing experience preferred
• Familiar with FDA guidelines/processes
• Minimum of 1-3 years of supervisory/leadership experience
