Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Closing Paralegal (Closer) to manage residential real estate transactions. This role is integral to ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely closings and requires close coordination with attorneys, lenders, title companies, real estate agents, and clients. This position will be in our Northeast office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential real estate transactions
• Prepare, review, and finalize closing documents, including settlement statements, closing disclosures, deeds, affidavits, and loan documents
• Review title commitments, surveys, and title policies
• Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, title companies, and opposing counsel to satisfy closing requirements
• Schedule closings and confirm readiness of all parties and documentation
• Conduct or assist attorneys with in-person and remote residential closings
• Ensure proper receipt, disbursement, and documentation of funds in compliance with regulatory and firm requirements
