**Essential Functions:**
- Professionally and promptly answer phones and respond to email requests.
- Provide quick turnaround on quotes (within 30 minutes).
- Coordinate customer/agent/station requests for follow-up.
- Handle various customer service tasks, including returns, address changes, tracking shipments, and more.
- Accurately input pickup/quote data.
- Ensure routing/dispatch is informed of special instructions and cut-off times.
- Communicate with customers, sales, and other departments to resolve issues.
- Research and report on shipments for corporate and accounting needs.
- Familiarity with TSA regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed.
- Utilize resources and tools effectively.
- Complete assigned duties and be available for overtime and weekend on-call rotations.

 

**Skills/Competencies:**
- Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM.
- Intermediate Excel and Word proficiency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Deadline management.

 

**Education:**
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant certifications, if applicable.

 

**Experience:**
- 2 years of basic customer service experience and/or 2 years of industry experience.
