We are seeking a dependable and experienced Fabricator to join our growing team in Albany, Oregon. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a production environment and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

· Move and organize raw steel and materials throughout the shop

· Read layouts, measurements, and production drawings

· Prepare and lay out products for fabrication and production

· Assist with cutting, fitting, grinding, and assembly of steel components

· Operate fabrication equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently

· Support shop production goals while maintaining quality standards

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment

· Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications

· Previous fabrication experience required

· Experience working in a steel fabrication or manufacturing environment preferred

· Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and shop drawings

· Comfortable working with raw materials and heavy equipment

· Welding experience is a plus, but certification is not required

· Strong attention to detail and work ethic

· Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods

· Reliable attendance and positive attitude
