• Up to $22 an hour to start – more if you have set up experience!
• Londonderry, NH
• Monday – Friday
• First Shift, 7am – 3:30pm

Duties:

• Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend, notch, punch, form, and straighten metal components according to blueprints and specifications.
  • Select, position, and secure dies based on material thickness while manually aligning workpieces for accurate production.
  • Adjust machine stops and stock positioning for multiple operations and production runs.
  • Perform daily preventive maintenance checks and inspect equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Experience with machine setup is a plus, but not required for all candidates—those with setup experience may qualify for higher pay based on skill level.

What we look for…

• 
  Ability to stand, bend, and remain active throughout the shift in a manufacturing environment.
  • Able to independently lift up to 50 lbs; occasional heavier lifting with assistance as needed.
  • Prior experience in sheet metal fabrication or press brake operation preferred. Class A Operator experience (3+ years) strongly preferred.
  • Skill Level: Setup experience is a plus but not required—candidates without setup experience will be considered and may start at a lower rate, with higher pay available for experienced operators.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to read and follow blueprints, measurements, and production specifications accurately.
