What You'll Be Doing

Answer inbound Customer Service calls in a professional and courteous manner
Make outbound calls to update customer account information as needed
Provide customers with accurate account, product, shipping, and billing information
Research customer accounts to identify potential issues and take prompt action to resolve them
Work directly with internal and external customers to develop and maintain lasting business relationships
Complete special assignments as directed by management
Maintain detailed account notes
Educate customers on products, procedures, and policies
Request replacements, return labels, and refunds as needed
Place orders for new and existing customers

What You Need

High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment
Must pass drug screening and background check

Compensation

Starting at $18.50/hr plus monthly performance bonus program
