Express Employment is looking for a driven, self-starting Sales Rep with a strong hunter mentality to grow hospitality business. This role focuses on prospecting new clients, developing business, and driving product sales—especially moving inventory off the shelf.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and win new business in the hotel sector
• Build pipeline through cold outreach and networking
• Sell and labeling solutions, driving product adoption
• Manage and grow existing accounts (upsell/cross-sell)
• Track activity and pipeline in NetSuite/ERP

Requirements:

• Proven B2B sales experience (hospitality a plus)
• Strong hunter mindset with a track record of closing deals
• Experience with NetSuite or ERP systems
• Highly motivated, competitive, and money-driven
• Ability to travel quarterly

Salary: 50,000 base + uncapped commissions
