Job Description

We are currently hiring Inbound/Outbound Associates to support daily operations in an outdoor agricultural environment located in Hobart, OK. This role involves handling seed products, operating equipment, and assisting with the loading and unloading of materials.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload seed materials efficiently and safely
• Operate tractors and other equipment as required
• Load trucks using augers
• Assist with inbound and outbound product flow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements

• Ability to work in an outdoor environment in varying weather conditions
• Previous experience operating tractors or similar equipment preferred
• Ability to lift and handle heavy materials
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
