Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, multitasking, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include answering phones, filing documents, assisting with office organization, and handling a variety of administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Greet guests and assist with general office inquiries
  • File, organize, and maintain office documents and records
  • Assist with data entry and basic administrative duties
  • Support staff with miscellaneous office tasks and projects
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and office supplies inventory
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations

Qualifications

  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and email
  • Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Schedule

  • Part-Time 10am to 2pm Monday - Friday
