Farm Laborer

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Farm Laborer to join our team. This position involves general farm work, equipment operation support, and assisting with daily agricultural tasks in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general farm labor and field work
• Assist with planting, irrigation, harvesting, and livestock duties as needed
• Operate and maintain farm tools and equipment safely
• Help troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and perform basic repairs
• Load, unload, and move materials around the property
• Follow safety procedures and work effectively with the team

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with the ability to use and maintain farm equipment
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
