Salary: Starting at $20/hr

Pay Rate:
$20.00–$40.00 per hour, depending on experience

Full-time
Start Date: Monday, 6/24/24

Job Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment
• Diagnose heating, cooling, and ventilation issues
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections
• Ensure systems are operating efficiently and safely
• Travel to job sites using company-provided van
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Maintain accurate service records and follow company procedures
• Work independently and as part of a team in the field

Requirements:
• Previous HVAC experience required
• Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
• Must be comfortable driving a company van
• Associates must provide their own hand tools and power drills
• Company will provide larger equipment and specialty tools
• Must wear appropriate work pants and work shoes/boots
• Company-provided work shirts will be supplied
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor environments
