We’re looking for Spanish bilingual candidates for a brand-new program with a VERY quick turnaround!
✨ Position Details:• $20/hr• Inbound CSR (Customer Service Representative) support• Availability needed between 8am–8pm• Supporting customers with their WiFi services/plans• Great opportunity for candidates with strong communication skills and customer service experience!
What we’re looking for:✅ Fluent Spanish/English bilingual candidates✅ Friendly and professional phone presence✅ Comfortable assisting customers and troubleshooting basic service questions✅ Reliable attendance and flexible availability within operating hours
Candidates will need to pass a Spanish assessment. The assessment is sent through TrueNorth directly to their email, so once we get you scheduled for an interview, I can get everything sent over quickly
