Salary: $17.00 - $20.00/Hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the apartment community
• Manage leasing, occupancy, marketing, and move-in/move-out processes
• Complete resident income verification and compliance documentation
• Conduct bi-annual unit inspections and monitor maintenance work orders
• Ensure community rules are followed and consistently enforced
• Support rent collections, evictions, and compliance procedures in accordance with state and federal laws
• Coordinate with and supervise third-party vendors and contractors
• Assist with accounts receivable/payable, inventory, and supply management
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, vendors, and community partners
• Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained living environment for residents
• Report directly to the Regional Property Manager
