Shift: 2nd Shift 2:00 PM AM to 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17 per hour

We are seeking a dependable and safety focused Machine Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient machine operation while maintaining high quality and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality products that meet all customer and regulatory requirements
• Communicate effectively with the supervisor as needed
• Ensure tools, settings, and supplies are prepared prior to production
• Maintain constant attention to assigned machines and prevent unauthorized use
• Track and record all materials used during the shift
• Help maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform minor machine adjustments and notify supervisor or maintenance for major repairs
• Record machine downtime and report issues at the end of each shift

Food Safety and Quality

• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices including hygiene and hand washing procedures
• Adhere to USDA regulations and guidelines
• Report food safety or quality concerns to supervision or quality assurance
• Comply with all applicable customer requirements

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Hardworking, dependable, and safety minded
• Ability to read and write in English and perform basic math
• Minimum of 6 months of production experience
• Ability to operate mechanical and electrical equipment
